The first conversation and the outline route cost you nothing. Where a planning fee applies, usually on complex multi-country routes, we quote it upfront in writing before any detailed work begins. We never bury it inside a package price.

As many as it takes. Most trips go through two or three drafts and that's completely normal. Changes are cheapest at the route stage, which is exactly why we send you the route before anything is booked.

Yes, and plenty of clients do. Send us what you've booked and we'll build around it and we'll tell you honestly if a flight timing is going to cause a problem on the ground.

It depends on the trip and how much inventory needs holding. We tell you the exact deposit and the full payment schedule before you commit to anything, never afterwards.

We guide the process end to end: checklists, appointment timing, document formats and cover letters. The application itself stays in your name, because that's how it has to work, but you're never doing it without help.

The appointment is the bottleneck, not the decision. In peak season, slots in Indian cities can be six to ten weeks out. We start that clock the day you confirm rather than once everything else is booked.

It's mandatory on our trips, not optional. Several destinations require proof of cover for the visa itself. We'll recommend policies but you're free to arrange your own as long as the cover meets requirements.

For self-drive trips, almost always. It's straightforward to obtain in India and we'll tell you exactly what's needed for your specific destination as part of the planning.

The person who planned your trip, on a number that's answered on your timezone. Not a call centre, not a ticketing queue. If a flight moves or a road closes, we rebuild the affected days while you're still travelling.

Twelve to eighteen travellers, capped. It's small enough that the group can walk into a restaurant together and big enough to keep the trip fairly priced.

On group departures, yes, someone who travels the whole route with you, not a local rep who appears at the airport. On private trips you're independent by design, with us reachable throughout.

Yes. Tell us at the first conversation. Serious allergies change which restaurants we'll book and occasionally which regions we'll recommend, so it's information we want early rather than late.
