- Travel details required to plan and book: passport information, dates of birth, dietary requirements, mobility needs and any medical information you choose to share with us.
- Basic technical information about how this website is used, such as pages visited and approximate location, collected in aggregate.

Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare an itinerary for you.
- To make bookings on your behalf with airlines, hotels, transport operators and local partners, who require this information to confirm a reservation.
- To support visa applications where you have asked us to guide the process.
- To contact you about your trip before, during and shortly after travel.

Who we share it with
- Only the suppliers directly involved in delivering your trip, airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers and visa processing centres, and only the information they require.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
- Enquiry information is kept for up to twenty-four months in case you come back to us.
- Booking and financial records are retained for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
- You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep, at any time.

- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
- You can opt out of any non-essential communication from us at any time.
- To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within thirty days.
